I began my ballet journey at the age of three at Princeton Ballet School (PBS) in Princeton, NJ, where my passion for dance first took root. During my early years at PBS, one of my first major performances was The Christmas Rose, featuring Jane Seymour, at the iconic Carnegie Hall in New York City. As I grew older, I immersed myself in their renowned summer intensive programs and became a member of the Princeton Ballet Workshop, the pre-professional division of American Repertory Ballet/Princeton Ballet School. During this time, I had the privilege of training under esteemed professionals Cheryl Whitney, Aymara Cabrera, Rebeca Maso, and Kathleen Moore whose mentorship profoundly shaped my growth as a dancer. I also performed in several of Princeton Ballet’s spring productions, including Don Quixote and Coppélia, in addition to eight memorable years performing in American Repertory Ballet’s The Nutcracker. Each season, we brought the magic of The Nutcracker to life with up to 23 performances in theaters across New Jersey—a rewarding experience that taught me invaluable lessons in discipline, strength, and commitment.
Shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic, I transferred to Martin Center for Dance, where I had the privilege of training under esteemed Ballet Master Douglas Martin, Mary Barton, and Maria Youskevitch. Their mentorship profoundly shaped my technique and artistry.
While pursuing my degree, I completed the Dance Minor Program at Liberty University, studying under Aubri Siebert and Michelle Thomas. I am also a member of Divine Call Dance, a contemporary dance team at Liberty University, where I continue to explore and perform new styles of movement. Currently, I share my love for dance as a ballet and Pilates instructor at Amherst Dance Academy, where I guide students in developing their own skills and passion for movement.
Dance continues to be an integral part of my life, and I look forward to embracing new opportunities to grow and create. If you're interested in private ballet lessons or Pilates instruction, feel free to reach out through my contact form below!
